Lorna Tolentino’s first grandchild was born on Friday.

The baby is named Lyla Victoria, the daughter of Rap Fernandez and his non-showbiz girlfriend.

The baby girl weighs 6.6 pounds.

Rap is the eldest son of veteran actress Lorna Tolentino and the late actor Rudy Fernandez.
